Who should I awaken

Just explored 8.2, these are my best unawakened 6 stars, I also plan to rank doom, who should I use the generic on?

Doom don’t need awaken scorps is helpful sometimes but those or save for herc or something

just like what Zak2025 said, Doom does not need the awakened ability; but it is very nice if you have it
