Where is the 7* Event Quest ?

Where is the 7* event quest that should come for paragon players where you play with 7* champions and through multiple 7* champs unlock more ways to get paragon crystals and 7* crystal shards? It was said that it should also be active when 7* champions come.

Its not ingame right now

    Ok was thinking the same too , but i thought it would maybe be here on monday
