I did 100% exploration of threat level 4 before becoming a Thronebreaker, and now that the objective for doing so has become available, it refuses to count having explored the quest. I tried redoing one of the paths but that didn't fix the issue.

Despite what reignking said, you can get the rewards. Contact kabams support team and submit a request about your problem, they should manually fix it
