Fun 7 star rank up

Hey guys, got some t6 science cats and was wondering who to take up. I have the usual suspects (scorp/qs) as 6 star rank 4s and I think they are amazing but I really want to r2 a 7star instead. So far Im deciding between hulk and titania (both unduped). Hulk has more damage but titania has the edge on utility. Atm I'm leaning towards hulk since I think he's one of the most fun champs in the game but would appreciate your input. Thanks in advance!
