7* alliance event

Some members of our alliance have joined recently (literally 13 days ago) and now they are “eligible for rewards”. Their points count in the event but they can’t claim ANY rewards. Not even the first milestone and they were here 13 days before the event started. The thing is with this whole timer thing is to “stop players from using exploitable methods” best way to do it is for all alliance members to be eligible for rewards, and the timer should only show up when people join DURING the event. That would stop new players from contributing points rather then hindering already active members from gaining rewards. This is not right!

So the funny part about the event is the flag that you can now claim things isn't thrown until you contribute a point after the timer ends. So if your alliance mate opens a paragon crystal, they should be able to claim their rewards then.

There is a reason mods havent answered a single post about this issue, they know someone messed up and they don't even know the possible outcome of it ..
If what @Pikolu says its true, so be it and thanks for the info, as for Kabam.. shame on u for recycling events and not correcting or expecting issues, that's the exciting future of the game? A bunch of code copy pasted?

Another post states the user claimed rewards 1 hour after eligibility. I joined an Ally Sunday last week so I can’t claim until Saturday. Hope this is true.

Have u tried opening 1 Paragon and see if it makes u elegible?
U know its a huge mess up when not even the forum white knight derailers chime in ...

FYI, I got all previous milestone rewards after opening few additional crystals once timer ended.

My alliance mate joined after AW season. His timer has just ran out and he’s apparently he’s now unable to reclaim the rewards? He’s done 160k points towards the event.

Is there any confirmation that this is a bug? It’s seems like joining 1-2 weeks before the event should be enough to stop alliance hopping.

My alliance mate just confirmed his rewards have now opened up.

He open some more paragon crystals. Even though he’s already on 160k points!!! So it’s a confirm fix for the bug. Spend more units lol
