Doc ock synergy with Vulture is not working

Doc ock Synergy with Vulture is not working in the game..as Doc ock Research falls over Time..

I’m having the same issue with their synergy, also it resets to 0 after 3 seconds when you stop attacking. I sent a ticket to Kabam but they closed it in 24 hours. Can anyone else verify if the synergy between Doc Ock and Vulture is working properly? Thanks.
