With all of these bugs in BGs it shouldn't cost energy or elders marks or anything at all. Why waste resources on something that doesn't work at all. Not even a little bit. Make it completely free. Simple as that

Making it free doesnt solve the issue. It will still be same experience just with more entries.

Easier would be to not use EMs while the game mode is bugged. You can still get BG objectives and make progress (as able) thru the tiers. I'm saving my EMs for another cycle.

if it doesn't have bugs, does it mean it shouldn't cost energy regardless? that's the point

The bugs and issues definitely suck. The bugs and issues, on top of a terrible system of losing tokens for a loss, makes the mode the most frustrating mode ever in the game.

I just want my wasted resources returned. The most bug filled and infuriating game mode I've ever seen, I am shocked major compensation has not been released yet.
