Why are there rarity gates again? I get that it's only in this quest and here to "celebrate" 7 stars. But why?

That's not a genuine question. We all know why.

But genuinely, even if this stays, I sincerely hope we never see this kind of "spend more money or don't do content" stuff again. I thought we saw the last of it when they removed it from Act 6, and I hope that this never pops into real endgame content again.
