I had 22units I won another 45 from crystal and ended up having 41 not 67 units what a rip off!!

We can't assist with account specific issues here on the Forums, so the best way to find out what happened to them is to write a ticket to the Support Team, explaining when you got the units, and how many you should have received, versus how many you actually did receive.

With this information, they'll be able to investigate and find out what happened to them for you.
