Constant WiFi symbol

How can this be such a constant issue?. It's been weeks now and my game constantly has the WiFi symbol on both my Samsung and iPhone. I'm in the middle of AW and AQ fights and the game freezes for full seconds. Like long enough I could take a sip of water and it still be frozen. Then it unfreezes as I'm already getting smashed in the face. Glad you can roll out 7 stars but not fix the basic controls. Aw is already gunna be a joke this season with the new prowess node that EVERYONE has said is awful and unfair but if this isn't fixed by the season start, it's darn near unplayable
