As far as I know, there has been no acknowledgement from Kabam in respect of this issue.
Even raising a support ticket didn't help as the players are receiving a generic reply that isn't even relevant to the problem.
Would really like to know if there is a possibility of crystals / units being restored to affected accounts before the 7* event ends.
Till now there hasn't even been an acknowledgement of this so I'm afraid whether they're even doing anything about it or not.
