Guys, why did my special mission level 5 threat was dissapeared? Does it mean I can't claim that rewards level 5?

The objective for T5 is Paragon+

Objective didn’t disappear.
You never had that objective available in the first place.

As mentioned, it is only available (and only shows up) for those that are Paragon (or become Paragon).
