My brother had a 6 star galan and I wanted to see how much damage he would do. My brother is not a very good player and could not do this by himself. I logged onto his account expected to be greeted by his 5 months of progression and not by a new account. He won't stop crying and I feel so bad.

Pls tell me how to fix this.

He loves the game so it would be a shame for him to have to restart 100s/1000s of hours of work.

If it's a first time ban for account sharing it will be for a week.
Play catch for a week.
If it's permanent, good cuz that's shady.

This does not sound like a ban. This sounds like a different thing entirely. You say you "logged onto his account." What does that mean? Does that mean you used his name and password on your own phone to try to play on his account? If so, what do you mean when you say you saw "a new account." That never happens normally. It sounds like you did something wrong and didn't actually log into his account and ended up in a new account.

Why can't he continue to play on his own device? You say you saw a new account. What does he see? This story doesn't add up to me.

He should have an email account associated with his account, so log in with that.

This happens to me sometimes when hopping between alts...he wasn’t banned unless it says the acc was “banned” so you need to just trial and error into the acc! GL brotha

ie, did you try logging in opposite way from your brother.
via Game Center vs directly in game login itself.

Or maybe even brother NEVER had an actual Kabam ID setup, just uses “default device” account without actually logging in.
So that acct can’t be played anywhere else (until he creates an actual Kabam ID and ties his game Acct to it).

But echo'ing what DNA left of with. WHY can’t your brother continue playing the exact same way he had been before ? If it's NOT saying he's banned.
