Missing 3 featured crystals…

Popped 5 new featured, only 3 champs came out.

Then I went to buy another one. Got charged the 15k but no crystal to open…

    Have you already sent a support ticket in? Seems like they'd definitely help in this case

    Same thing happened to me. With just one but this is ridiculous

    This happened during my paragon crystal opening too. Sent a support ticket but they never responded. Hoping to get some luck in the forums.
