6* featured crystals missing

I had 250,566 6* crystal shards and clicked get now three times and still only have 1. I restarted game and still only 1 crystal. Anyone else get this?

    Same issue bro. Opened 10 crystals but only 8 opened. Other two vanished. Bought 3 more and only two showed.

    Same here. Game restarted while waiting for the crystal to open. Popped 10 and only 5 showed up

    Bought the one from sigil store and never got , restarted nothing

    Yeah same issue happened to me. The game is laggy and bugged. The excitement is of featured crystal day got ruined
