Classic Spider-Man missing ability

The other day I saw Spider-Man had a vulnerability debuff he could inflict. Today that is missing from his kit. Was this not supposed to be there or is it not supposed to be missing? It was listed in a spot at the bottom past his special 3.

Couldn’t find the thread I was looking for where they showed some screenshots of with and without.
But looked like it was a SYNERGY, that for some reason (within the quest, with that synergy) it was being shown in his Ability page, after the SP3 description.

Was that as 7* only ?

So that ability comes from a synergy. It’s a bug that it shows up in his kit when the synergy is active

FRAGILITY (or Fragile) Debuff, due to synergy with Hit Monkey.

Also FYI for others here, as I recall from those other pics, Spidey’s “in-quest” Ability Description for it does not mention needing the 6+ Webbings like it does on the Synergy listing.
Abilities just lists it as an extra continuation under his SP3 description (which by itself normally just says gives him 5 stack of Webbings).
(Not gonna ask where he would get the 6th one from to place Fragile, I’m sure it's in his description somewhere, lol. Maybe always has at least 1 so adding that extra tidbit under SP3 would be redundant ?)

Or, maybe I will ask something else.
Why does it say “inflicts a -1 second debuff” ?
Does that “negative 1 second” get increased into an actual time limited duration because of some other ability ? Or does “-1 second” mean indefinite (normally they would just say that).
