Unable to complete event milestone after reaching paragon

I 100% the event side quest for week 1 and 2, but after i reached paragon and received the threat level 5 milestone i couldn’t complete them. i tried doing the side quest again but it didn’t contribute to the milestone reward.

    I can vouch that milestones don't update after the new title. I don't know if is a know issue or if there is another thread here about this issue. Also, if a ticket is needed for it to be fixed, how I do it?

    Kabam is aware of these issues and is willing to fix them as long as you submit a support ticket through the "support" feature of the in game settings. Just tell them as much information as you can, provide your username and some screenshots as proof, they should get back to you quickly. Same thing happened to me and they fixed it in 6 hours.

    I have also same issue, it very problematic
    Kabam have to fix that issue
