Selling some high value items to get gold and other resources

not very well versed with the game, but i have encountered a problem, which i have seen others face too, not having enough gold (even after selling many lower value resources), i propose making T4 Class Catalysts sellable, just them in particular, i have around 20-30 class catalyst that expire in my stash monthly, because i don't have enough gold to use them on low rating champs, as i save gold for higher ranking champs, also the resources from T4 Class Catalyst, is fragments of T5 Class Catalyst, which is a rare commodity in the game for player, who just became uncollected and is the reason, many of us have to wait a while to aquire,

SO BASICALLY MAKE T4CC SELL-ABLE, AND MAKE T5CC EASIER TO AQUIRE, PLS MAKE ANY ONE OF THE REQUESTS HAPPEN.
