Kicked twice losing 7* celebration allince event

Hello,

I’ve been with this allince for serval months, when the new 7* were dropped everyone hype game had a bit of lag issues. I opened 2 7* did first 5k points and I went to sleep. When I woke up I was alliances less kicked in first 24h and been told that 24h were enough to get to do the miliestones out of a 14 days event. I was added back I opened £300 with of paragons cristals to reach all the allince miliestones and I did. Just to face the 12days and 24h black out for a 13days and 2hours left of the event. So I was unable to get the allince miliestones even though my previos points before kick and the points I did after were registered to the alliance. And I was kicked again. And lost the ability to get the allince rewards for new alliance becasue I joined too late…

I am truly desperate, upset, down depressed, stressed because in my eyes I did nothing wrong I lost the battlegrounds rank rewards too but they aren’t that game changing like the 7* celebration where you can never get those rewards in any type of content. 2 selector 6* cats 1 5* relic 1 6* relic and many others..

It’s heartbreaking and sad and frustrating to lose everything you worked so hard just by a kick of a officer or a leader and lose the progress of over 8years spending into this game time or money and for how hard is to get those resources.
I, was kicked before rank war season rewards or gifting event I never reached out to speak about it but now. I’m really disappointed that I cannot get the help I belive it’s fair and just for this injustice. A blackout of 13days of a 14days event I belive it’s hard for the sad player that gets kicked from the allince to get or find another one. And for me it’s even more upsetting that I spent and did all miliestones and I was crushed and wiped out and lose it all when they were the only reason I was spending and going for.
I understand the blackout period to don’t exploit the rewards but where I did exploit anything in this situation I was just pumping and opening cristals getting the score up but no rewards. The prize were never the champs from cirstals it was always the allince miliestones I. And everyone goes for.
I hope there is a way to remedy this and help future sad souls who face same or similar situations where they can’t do anything when they face a kick and lose their rewards. I belive that evey problem has a solution..

sorry man. I happened to face the same challenge, contacted kabam support and they asked me to do answer a few stuff and link my kabam email blah blah blah but seeing their response to this after so many proofs, I give up.
like I said somewhere in another post earlier this week, the 2 weeks interval before eligibility to claim alliance stuff is a sham. many alliances are taking advantage of such long intervals to do stupid things. sorry but yhh. this thing that happened has finally taken the joy outta me for this game. I still play but more casual than ever now.

bud, just let it go yhh, its a game and what has happened has happened. I know how annoyed and frustrated you are right now but if it helps, take your mind and hands off the game for now. play another games, come back 3-4 months later when you are healed and enjoy it at your own pace man. sorry once again.

Probably NOT an alliance that is worth being a part of.
(did they tell everyone what their expectations were, and timeframe to meet those expectations ?)

Anyways, sounds like you would have actually had a SMALL window of time towards end of event in which you would have been able to claim the milestones.
But so, after having put up their Ally-required points, why did they kick you a 2nd time.

Doubly “douch'y” of that Ally, bring you back in to get points from you, and kick you again before you can get your own rewards out of it.

**perhaps, even though Kabam won’t give you the rewards, you can ask Kabam to TAKE AWAY your points from that Alliance's point total.
Probably wouldn’t make a difference (no rank rewards, and probably reached desired milestone even without your points), but it would be the “principal” of the matter.

That is a turd alliance if I ever heard of one.. have you contribute to alliance event kick you, let you join back in and have you contribute more points then kick you again.. dunno if they are competitive or they felt you were a modder or they assume you let someone pilot your account.. both would cause problems for alliance later.. so if your clean and honest player.. you just had misfortune of joining a crappy alliance that used you and left you for dead.. good luck joining a good alliance..

In my alliance we don't force people to join.. if we can contribute to alliance goals.. we try but we don't force people to spend beyond their means.. hope Kabam can help you out OP.

Truly is a scummy move. But it's always to be expected when huge timers like this are in place. To stop alliance hoppers but reward absolutely trashy alliances.

This alliance sounds like trash to have an issue with and kick you because in the 1st 24 hours of a long event you didn't put up a huge amount of points.

On the other hand, trusting them after that to then rejoin and drop $300 to put up points for them doesn't sound wise. I also think if OP is having issues with being kicked before rewards for so many different events that there must be something with their participation/conduct that they need to examine and then be able to be clear with a new alliance about what their expectations are and how they may or may not be able to meet them to try to avoid repeats of this problem.

You should have waited for 12 days before opening the crystals
And should have kept them on the edge by buying 300£ worth of crystals so that they don't kick you

I don't really think Kabam will or can do anything about this since the alliance cunningly made it look like you had joined them only for 12 days

I have hope and faith that kabam support can help me and anyone who’s facing same or similar issues. Becasue I understand that the blackout period is for players or alliances to don’t exploit the system from what I’ve been told but I have not done anything like that..

alliances in war if a member leaves or gets kicked his defence or war points are still there.
If in aq a member is kicked or leave the points are still there for the allince
In battlegrounds if a member is kicked or leave the points are still there
In gifting event if a member is kicked or leave the points are still there
So personally I don’t think the individual player is the one that can or does the “exploit”..
I feel this is a problem that can be solved by the hand of kabam support being a particular issue and not being or done automatically.
Battlegrounds bans for example have to be done manually and they remove them manually so the legit players get their right spots and right rewards for the points and work they have done.
I feel I did all I could for this event, It was not my decision to get kicked added back and kicked again and lose the rewards where I put the units into I belive in justice and FairPlay if I was in an allince or same allince I don’t think the blackout should be that big and the 2h limit to find an allince too low and not realistic. And since I did all the points to not being eligible to claim the rewards it’s not right. Because I did and I was never available to claim them once. Yes to be stopped to claim them twice or more many times I do understand it. But I haven’t.

Regarding those that were able to do the glaudent many more times than others. Kabam did someting and made those who did it 3 times to not be able to do it again. And those who didn’t do it 3 times they received 1,2,3 keys depending on how many times they did it so there was a solution for that. Again I hope and pray for good news from kabam. It’s not nice what it happened and I hope it can be resolved since I wasn’t exploit it and get any Other rewards.

Give out the alliance name , so everyone knows about them & players can be aware of such alliances.. that was completely against sportsmanship/ or even a fairplay.
