AI holding specials after two bars of power

I’ve dealt with this a lot since the update. My opponent gets to two bars of power and then we move back and forth around the map while I try to bait the SP2. Seems to have gotten a lot worse recently. Anyone else noticing this?

Yeah it's rampant for me, but for sp1 or 2, I've actually got a few recordings of me in 8.2.6 baiting specials for a significant amount of time, one video I timed it n I was dancing around baiting red guardian sp2 for 1:37 (give or take a few secs). I'm getting really fed up with it now
