Should I Rank up 6* Spot?

I know a lot of people have been talking about Spot lately and I wanna rank him up but, I only have 1 science awakening gem. So just wanted to see if I should rank him up or wait for someone else?! Would love any advice!

    Yessir. Ranked him and used a Gem. No regrets.

    I pulled him and Quicksilver recently, ranked them both, and put a gem in each. I use Quicksilver much much more, but my Spot rarely lets me down when I throw him on the team. He takes some getting used to, but I definitely think he's worth.

    go for it, i r3'd mine recently and absolutely love him, awakening is nice but certainly not neccessary

    what do you guys like most about him apart from cool animations? i have him at r3 but he got low prestige. From the vids I watched, his dmg output is also kinda limited, if not missing anything.

    His damage output is insane. I would recommend watching Lagacy and Nick136 on YouTube for some tips and I’m pretty sure that his prestige is good too

    Yes use a gem and give him as many sigs as possible. Top 3 science imo

    He's really good for dodging hard specials by just making them miss entirely, good block proficiency, and just generally great damage. My Spot is 6* rank 2, sig 90, and my rotation just involves building up to a special 1, then start gaining Spots, get at least 4 hits in a row straight into his Portal Block, then activate untouchable, medium-medium until I get to 2 bars of power, then immediately throw the sp2. Usually finishes 200-230k health fights in just one special attack.

    Sadly though, most of his damage comes from his Awakened ability. Without the awakening, his damage is extremely limited and my usual rotation doesn't really work.

    His prestige isn’t low at at all when all s champs in game are sig 200 he in the top 10
