I’ve just got Zemo and i’m so happy (not only for the danse🤪).
But he Need to be duped or not ?
And also, legacy says that he’s a very good defender, is it true ?

Yes he needs the dupe for defence ... offence he doesn't need it . High sig is preferred.

I pulled him too today afternoon and will r4 sig 180 him
