7* Celebration Event

I have joined my new alliance at 6th May 2023, before the 7* celebration event starts. After the event started, I checked the alliance participation section and counter shows how many days and hours left for me to get the alliance rewards. I spent over 20k units and got 149K points for my alliance and became 2nd. Everyday i checked and yellow counter got close the day i can claim. Just 10min ago counter ended, but i cant claim any rewards. Does anyone have same issue???/
