I generally treat her like Electro. While she's in the SP1 power range, just do a 4 hit combo and retreat. If she doesn't throw the SP1, then parry/intercept and push her to SP2.

Gamora is the only champion to my knowledge that has a special animation that's too fast to dodge when activated. Thankfully it's a close quarters special attack so it's not too difficult to evade
