War diversity

So question when it comes to diversity in war if u run 3bgs should you have 150 different champs placed to get max points in tier9 or not

each bg is its own diversity, so in each bg for example you can have 1 doom per bg.
this is for all tiers in war

50 different champs per bg
They can be the same 50 in every bg
