7 * alliance event locked as I changed alliance (NO BLACKOUT PERIOD WAS ANNOUNCED FOR THIS EVENT)

Hi Kabam, I have changed my alliance to be in an alliance where there are like minded people . But my 7*alliance event rewards are locked and say too late. While the person who recruited me showed a pic of another now joined and his game message is that you will receive benefit in 6 days .. plz help
I had raised a support ticket but to no use find below all the discussions:
there are still more than 07 days so I don see any harm in changing alliance as it is offseason and may players change alliance. Also I dont see any forum post warning players not to change alliance during this evet.
It is a humble request to allow me to participate in this event as I have planned to spend some units too and this is a lifetime opportunity and a big celebration for our game.

Thank you for contacting Kabam Support. I understand you are concerned about your eligibility in receiving Rewards from the "7-Star Celebration" Alliance Event. With the high value of those rewards in mind, we certainly understand how critical they are towards game progression.
Kabam Support is unable to provide any Rewards or items that were not gained as a result of leaving an Alliance. We would be circumventing game design by allocating these items to your account, as the system is designed to provide Rewards to players who are in the same Alliance for the entire duration of the event.
I wanted to share with you that there is a 13-Day Blackout period on this event.

During this blackout period, alliance members will not receive rank rewards in order to prevent the exploitation of alliance hopping. This blackout impacts every player joining a new alliance, regardless of any pre-existing membership.
Note: Players that are kicked from their alliances by an officer will be impacted by the blackout period in the same manner as a player who leaves on their own accord.
During this period, new members will be unable to collect rank or peak milestone rewards. Normal milestone rewards are not impacted by the blackout.”

I can see the article is pertaining to regular alliance event and does not mention this particular event. Also can you explain that how come other people have timer upon finishing of which they will be eligible to participate in the event and not me. I do not consider gaining the rewards that I have claimed in my previous alliance my concern is that I may be allowed to participate and claim the rewards henceforth.
I have been playing this game since 2015 and not a single day has passed when I have not logged into the game. I think I deserve a small favor on this one. If support team cannot help then guide me to the dept. or person who can help.

Black out period if any should be mentioned clearly in the forum post before the event so that people who want to change alliances can do so in advance as you guys have done in past for last year banquet events.
Secondly it is absurd to have a 13 days blackout period for 15 days event..I suggest at least 3 days blackout period
2. How would changing the Alliance Event blackout period improve your experience in Marvel Contest of Champions?
It will greatly improve my willingness to play and interest in game.
P.S. This survey wont change my current situation. I plead to exempt my blackout period in the current event and restrict me to alliance rewards that I have already claimend ..but let me claim the new rewards that I havent claimed and let me contribute towards the event but also have my allaice contribution score restored as well otherwise it will have a very negative aspect on my gameplay as I am a very dedicated player since 2016..I havent missed any day to login and play..It is a humble request from a dedicated player and I am hopeful you will consider my plea and grant me the permission to participate in the event. thanks
