Progress not updating

so I’ve 100% explored threat level 4 of the sidequest and the challenge still says 0/4? What’s up with that

Back-2-back-2-back new posts this morning, same issue as hundreds others this month.
Objectives don’t count (because aren’t available for you) until AFTER you reached your new Progression status (UC, Cav, TB, Paragon).
Submit a Support Ticket to have Kabam manually update your Objective progress accordingly (link in Game Settings, or below)

Anyone got their rewards ? I emailed kabam but nothing till now.
