Not being able to regen in starburst and degen nodes

Map 6 starburst path didn't regen from WP at all.
Degen is a detrimental effect so why wasn't I able to regen ????

That one doesn’t count towards wp. I also don’t think bleed and poison global nodes count towards wp either

Degen from that node is a passive charge that drains your HP. Is not a debuff

I couldn’t think of the word passive when I made my post. Yeah, it has to be considered an active debuff. Just like how punishers passive resistances don’t trigger md
