I think I am facing a reward bug

I didn't get my Uru 3 rewards I didn't get those 10k bg trophies why is that?

    Did you play another match AFTER having reached Gladiator Circuit ?

    Once you enter G.C., you really haven’t “participated” in G.C. (and technically become part of Uru) until you do at least 1 match while in G.C.
