My sig 200 5* Angela got me through a lot of Act 7. I don’t know much about your first 3 choices though.

If you don’t have a lot of stones and you don’t play suicides, then Hyperion. If you have a lot of stones and don’t play suicides, then Angela. If you do suicides, then CGR.

Hyperion, definitely. CGR's dupe is very unnecessary and offers almost nothing. Hyperion's dupe is amazing and needs only sig 1.

Cgr awakened ability is nice, but in no way necessary. Galan benefits from it but if i remember correctly, he needs the sig levels. Hyperion benefits a lot & sig 1

First three don't gain a significant amount from the gem. CGR gets a slight boost to damage but through extra dps, not his attack rating or buffs. Galan gets slightly faster ramp up with the dupe and I'd say it is insignificant in most matchups, but stun immune during harvest is nice (saved me in act content). Hulkling's is the worst, gets slight buff duration increase (bulwark and fury) and higher pierce damage, but it only becomes significant at high sig.

Angela and Hyperion have good dupe abilities (Angela needs high sig tho to stop damaging debuffs from occurring and nullify/autoblock while hyperion gets barely anything from stones (+60 percent duration of buffs)). Probably better off investing in these guys because they become really op (more OPer to say)

CGR only needs sig 1. Definitely go with him unless you have sigs for someone else.

what planet are you on. CGRs ability is incredible for the fact that it gives him fate seal as a cosmic champ. it helps a lot in BG (like the last VT meta). also sometimes it's helpful that it's changes his power lock debuff (since some champs are immune to power lock). it's not a damage boost.

galan benefits a lot since it makes him a hard counter to Peni (takes her down in 20 seconds instead of ~50 in BGs) and helps in some other matchups/nodes. only needs sig 60 for maximum benefit. Galan's sig makes him fill his niche even better, which is important

CGR’s dupe is amazing in a lot of situations. I just took the zero to hero path in 8.2.6 using the fate seal to stop the unstoppable and unblockable and he destroys it. The additional utility from the awakened ability is great.
