Vision unable to powerburn nebula [Not A Bug]

Vision is unable to powerburn on sp2 to nebula. I have tried it many times. And it doesnt work at all

    Hey @Fahad_s. I just tested this, and I was able to Power Burn Nebula using Vision's SP2. Please keep in mind that Nebula reduces the Ability Accuracy of Robots by 20% for each active Electroshock Charge, so those would greatly reduce your chances of Power Burning her. I hope this information helps!
