I am just starting Act 5 and I got 3 new 5 stars and wondering if they are worth ranking up and who the should replace?

Until Ægon is awakened, I'd personally swap him out for Guillotine.

Rank up sentinel. He might not consistently make your first choice team but he is a good tech champ and you dont have any in your first choice team. Plus his immunities will help you on some nodes or against some champs.

Sauron and Guillotine are decent. Sauron is a very strong defender and so when you get uncollected you will be able to use him in battlegrounds defense to win a few matches. Rank him up wjne you have the resources, he will help in the long run.

Guillotine is good and because you dont have a mystic, she might help. However, you will likely find better 5* champs and you will forget about her. She is likely a short term investment, good for now but not when your roster builds up. Of course, if you enjoy playing her then keep ranking her. She is not a bad champion, just slightly outdated with better mystics in the game.

Honestly, I'm not sure that Spot or Mr. Fantastic will help much with Act 5. If you can manage the resources, all three of those new champions could be helpful for your team depending on the fights you'll have to take.

Definitely prioritize Sentinel over maybe Mr Fantastic. If I remember, a good tech with heal block and double immunity is needed in what I assume is Act 3-4 for you right now.
