Missing Points in 7 star event

Anyone else missing points from the 7 star event? I had 120,000 in the solo event and opened 15 paragon crystals to get the last points needed for the 130,000 milestone and full 7 star crystal. Pop ten and the game of course disconnects. Come back to 9 paragon crystals left and they opened no issues. Go to solo score and guess what? Only the last 9 counted to my solo event score so instead of having 132,000 points and getting to open a 7 star I was left 2,800 points short. Submit a ticket and nothing. Event ends and still nothing. Come on Kabam you need to do better.

I did not have the problem in the solo event, but I had the same problem in a regular skill advancement objective. It crashed opening some 5* crystals. I received the champs from the crystals, but it did not award me the objective points. It was not important enough for me to bother but it sounds like you should make a ticket.

If you read towards the bottom of his post... it quite clearly says he made a ticket.
