Paragon EQ Rewards (Threat Level 5)

in Bugs and Known Issues
So I became paragon right after fully exploring week 1 of the EQ. So my initial 100% run doesn’t seem to have counted. Does this mean I’m ineligible for these rewards?

    Itd be nice if anyone from kabam addressed this so every other post wasn't about it.....I sent a ticket in at 2pm and nada
