@Kabam Miike the percentage cutoffs here seems unclear. Kabam is not accounting for 1.01-1.99% of of top alliances like they do for top 1%. Where is the cutoff line? Looking for clarification

Given how the brackets proceed from there, the logical interpretation is the devs sliced up the first one percent into tiers one through three, then from tier 4 to tier 10 each tier encompasses two percentage points of rank 1.000001% to 3%, 3.000001% - 5%, etc).
We know its not literally bugged to have gaps, or half the alliances would be missing rewards every season. We know that doesn't happen. So the brackets are in fact continuous without gaps.
In addition to next ones being 2-3% and the (although you chopped it off from pic) 4-5%.
So basically, are you in the TOP 1%. If no, then you are not in top 1%.
If you are just outside of that, no matter how close to 1% you are, you would then fall into the TOP 2%
Since they group multiple percentages together into their groups, the TOP 2% and TOP 3% are together as a group.
Same with Top-4% and Top-5%. Whomever is technically at 3.0001%, that is not Top-3%, so that team would be whatever group that Top-4% falls into (4-5%)
