Cassie Lang Heavy Attack

I’ve noticed AI opponents are able to interrupt her heavy attack in the middle of it even after landing her first hit. Sometimes the AI interrupts with their special attacks, other times basic attacks. Is this a known issue?
This is an example. I have several of them in different content testing her further and it happens quite frequent.
