Threat level 4 payout

For some reason I have 100% all 4 weeks of the side quest but it’s not giving me the rewards for threat level 4. It’s showing I did one week.

I have this same issue, I’m at thronebreaker title and I have all 4 weeks on every threat level completed 100%, and it won’t give me the threat level 4 REWARDS, it won’t track correctly it’s 2/4 and it should be 4/4. My account name is “EthanLaZaR”.
