Rintrah Neutralize Should not work on Spidey 2099

If Spiderman 2099 cant gain buffs, why does Rintrah's Neutralize ability stop Spideys debuff pausing ability? That icon for Spidey 2099 evades is not a buff. That needs to be fixed.
