Nick fury in battlegrounds

Why is my rank 4 nick giving a **** of bleed in battlegrounds when used in attack?
There are no nodes that should be affecting his bleed.
Am i missing something here??

Whom were you fighting. Is the damage lower than when you use in quests?

Do you run deep wounds? Does your mastery setup for battlegrounds include deep wounds?

Nick's bleed does double the damage when the opponent is not under the effects of a regeneration buff. If the Masochism Over Time regen is active, he'll do less bleed damage than usual
