Can not link to a kabam account

Hello, I am trying to link my Google play account that I have had for a few years to a kabam account but every time I make a new kabam account it starts a new game. When I make a new kabam account it says it is already linked to a game. Is there a way around this or can I get someone at kabam to manually link it for me
