This is what i hate when they announce stuff but don't confirm a date ...same happened with 1 event idk if that was Deadpool deals or gold event when Jax said it "may " return .
They should start giving a date as to when exactly can we expect something. Until then many of us will hoard BG currency for better rewards , which god knows when will happen.
Wasn't justin saying about how you should wait cause 7* pool is bad and that we shouldn't rush with anything but must have patience? Now he can't wait and."you'll be waiting forever then". Very ironic

You have obviously never ran a game or been a part of big projects. Sometimes things happen and stuff doesn’t work as originally planned. I have worked in operations for 5+ years and I always use the word “should” because things almost never go to plan. If they have a date and it got moved, then it would cause more outrage.
I would rather them give us a heads up so we can save up knowing it’s coming instead of it just dropping with a couple day notice.
I just saw a vid on game addiction. One way is that producers agree with players that something need ro change, and they say that change is coming “soon”. This keeps players from quitting the game - and this goes on and on and on and on…

Do you think your comparison here makes any sense ? Moreover , how can you say that when you don't know me ? I work as a manger for 1 of the world 's biggest company and been a part of different projects but this is not how you run a project .

I apologize for being rude. Shouldn’t have came off that way.
If you’re talking internally between managers, then I agree this isn’t how you run a project. You have deadlines and goals to meet, and it’s expected to meet those on time. But this is communication between company and customer. You don’t tell a customer “this will for sure happen by x date if you’re not 100% sure you can get it done by then. That’s where my use of “should” comes in. This should be done for you by tomorrow as long as nothing else comes up.
Companies announce to customers all the time on things that are coming in the future, and sometimes those things happen quickly, and sometime they take some time.

Kabam does this to perfection.
