I saw this sitting in my inventory and have no idea who I can use it on. I see it says Romance crystal champs or couples crystals. Strongest Team Leaderboard Not Loading
So Im pretty sure i got a little bump in my strongest team rating, although when i try and load up the leaderboard nothing shows up.
