Who can I use this on?

I saw this sitting in my inventory and have no idea who I can use it on. I see it says Romance crystal champs or couples crystals.

Why there isn't a list of some sort we can reference is just pretty dumb. Has anybody figured this out?

Also, before anybody tries to be funny and say "look at the button right there" only 4 options pop up none of whom I want to take up.

You can see the list of champs in the couples crystal in the war screen where victory rewards are.

If you pressed button & only 4 came up & you don't have any of them, the answer to your question is no one. If at some point, someone does pop up there, you can use it then(if you want). Til then, it'll sit in your inventory collecting dust

Only four would come up because they only have four of the champs at rank 4. Wouldn't give a full picture of all the champs available to rank eventually.

True. My bad. I forgot it only shows champs at that rank, not the whole pool. Rest of my explanation still rings true. Appreciate the clarification
