special effects don't work

Since the battlegrounds season arrived several special effects of the champions disappeared, among them bahamet, supreme spiderman , sersi, human torch

    What device are you on? This is often caused by the device itself tuning down vfx to avoid crashing the game

    On a Huawei P smart, But just before the season started it worked perfectly, it just started and several Effects are failing, Right now I'm stuck for the same thing on 8.2.6

    Yeah, it's most likely a hardware/software issue. Kabam has addressed this before, but I can't find that thread. There's sadly nothing they can do on their end since it's your hardware/software that refuses to render the vfx. You might just be out of luck if there's no workaround for it, which there isn't as far as I'm aware.

    If I remember it was about 2 or 3 months ago, they even gave compensation if I remember correctly
