Will relics or ascension ever be allowed in any Everest content like Abyss, Gauntlet, or EOP?

Do you guys think that Relics will ever be fully available everywhere across the game, or will there always be certain quests like these that keep relics out? Also, once Ascension comes out do you think that ascended characters will be allowed in?
