Omega Sentinel vs Ghost

So i was fighting omega sentinel using ghost and i noticed that when omega throw a double medium or 2 light attacks in a row she would get an armor, even when i was phasing the attacks
Am i missing something? I mean her abilities says that she needs to make contact with me but since i was phasing, that shouldn't happen...if this is working properly my bad, i just want to understand cause that can be a problem when using ghost against her, specially in bg

    She can cycle her debuffs, and one of them is a tracking debuff that prevents miss.

    Perhaps that was the issue.

    @iDestroyerZ I just tried this and you are right.
    -Omega tried to hit ghost, but Omega missed the attack (not what mgj0630 said, since Ghost did not have the tracking debuff on Ghost).
    -Omega is gaining armor ups regardless of making contact.
    -One thing that I need to make clear is this is not Ghost attacking only mediums and giving armor ups, since I switched my attacks by going medium, light, miss, medium, light, miss and repeat.

    I ask anyone else if you have both to duel and test for yourself.

    Given that her text specifically says “makes contact”, this can only be a bug. The interaction is wrong or the text is incorrect. Wouldn’t be the first time either of those has happened…

    Unfortunately it's not the case =/ after the first time i saw it, i did a duel against her and without any debuffs on me she was gaining armor through the miss

    I made another test and used spot against her and the same thing happened ._. she was gaining armor nonstop when attacking even when she was missing the attacks
