Does OG Ghost Rider deserve a tune up?

I feel like as much as we have a very game breaking Cosmic Ghost Rider, i believe Ghost Rider deserves more love and I think he atleast deserves his judgement to have 100% ability accuracy by default or add it to his Sig ability. I say this because having blade as a synergy just doesn’t fit most parts of mcoc currently nor do I believe it will later on so please do tune up one of Marvels most iconic characters🙏

He got some love not to long ago with incinerate immunity jokes a side he needs rework then yet again there are champs that needs more attention then him.

whilst I agree there’s champs that need it more than him I feel like he only needs a couple of tweaks then he’s good I’m not asking for a whole rebalance just a slight buff to the judgements and maybe some incinerates that do damage based on sig ability

His utility has always been good, passive regen especially, he just needs a damage update, I’ve always wanted his chains to do debuffs on basic attacks, maybe a degen or bleed, and the L2 fire breath should deal a juicy incinerate debuff

Yes and I’d like a few things to be added:
Sp2 Incinerate or degen
A way to reset judgements faster, like power gain or faster combat power rate
Damage increase.
Sig ability in base kit

Yeah a tune up for sure and maybe like one new buff or debuff for opponent but mostly a tweak/tune up
