So…nothing about updates to any of the three stale economies for game currency? With all the great content, it’s really disappointing. Loyalty, glory and trophies have seen a combined zero updates in the last 6 months.

You have to know that type of content wouldn't be discussed on a live stream... We've also communicated the Battlegrounds Store is the next planned economy update and that these updates will happen one at a time. I understand you want these stores to be updated, but I think you might have to be patient on this one.

I mean this in a sincere way, not an argumentative one. There are lots of reasons we all play this game:

Collecting individual champs
Building an awesome roster of rankups
The accomplishment of completing content/competing
The social aspect of alliance play, and more.

I totally get that it’d be awful to throw a spreadsheet up on screen and parse through the updated rewards. It would be great to have a very quick roadmap or “stay tuned” to tell us when to roughly expect things beyond this announcement. Also, everyone (reasonably) guessed the BGs update would come next season. It seemed most likely but obviously wasn’t guaranteed. If that’s not true, take an opportunity to temper expectations, maybe?

I’m not a player who chases new champs, usually. I take what I get, and build the best I can with them. I’ve already got plenty of r3 or 4 champs I’d like to make r4 or 5. For players like me, knowing a timeline for a resource update is more exciting than next month’s champs, though I do think the design team does amazing work and I’m happy for them to be recognized.
