This bug in bg can't continue

So this is my friend's account, he send me this video to post here cause he doesn't know how to use the forums and doesn't know english
As you can see when he finished the match, the game pops up some lost of another match that he had and when he double check his previous matches, another defeat message pops up saying that he quit the match but as we all see in the video, he didn't
Seriously @Kabam Miike @Kabam Jax can you take a look at this? It's just not fair and he doesn't even want to play bg anymore because of that and well, can you blame him?

See this is why we complain that you guys are too silent, 3 days from this post and not a single answer
You tell us to record something so you can have a better ideia of what the problem is and then solve it, but you guys didn't even care to say ''we'll take a look at this''
It's shameful that for the second time in a row, i make a post about a bug WITH A VIDEO and kabam simply ignores, that's good to know
