Depends on what you're trying to use it for.

Wakanda has utilized vibranium in almost everything from clothing to their weapons, making it the more versatile of the two metals but as we've seen in Avengers endgame, a vibranium Shield can still be damaged if attacked by a stronger offensive metal like Nth metal.

Meanwhile from what we've seen with adamantium, it's primary usage has been for developing weapons such as Wolverine and Lady Deathstrike's claws but it's near invulnerable levels of resistance have helped Wolverines tank a lot of hits over the years.

So, based on that breakdown, it would be better to say that of the two metals adamantium is the stronger while vibranium is the the more resourceful.

Wolverine doesn't tank hits because of the adamantium skeleton, he tanks hits because of his ludicrously OP regenerative healing abilities which have got more and more ludicrous over time in the comics.

Proto adamantium (cap shield) and true adamantium (wolverine) are essentially indestructible

All other versions are arguably equal to, or weaker than wakandan vibranium
